Ender Bag Upgrade

Allows for manipulating the contents of a turtle owner player ender chest

All of the functions present here follows the rules of the Inventory API, but the the target inventory from where to send items to on pushItems() is ommited and its always the turtle, and the same applies to getting item from on pullItems()
